Special characters and space must be encapsulated and for fuzzy search you have to enter a wildcard - as follows:

Fuzzy search
Please use * at the end of the term
Example: 4445102714*

Exact match although containing white space
Please put "" around the term
Example: "tp 3825"  

Escape special characters, like hyphen or slash
Please use \ before the special character
Example: tp\-3825
